These Terms govern access to and use of the iqonno website. Read them before using the site. If you disagree with any part, do not use it.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the Site you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you act on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind it.

2. Definitions

“Site”: the iqonno corporate website, available at https://iqonno.com. “Visitor”: any person accessing the Site. “We”: Iqonno S.A.S., operator of the Site.

3. Nature of the site

The Site is the corporate website of iqonno, a software development company. It is an informational site only: it presents the company, its services, and its products. The Site does not offer user accounts, registration, subscriptions, or online payments, and does not allow content uploads. The only interaction channel is the contact form. We reserve the right to modify the Site’s content at any time.

4. iqonno products with their own terms

The Site links to products developed by iqonno, such as Phareto (phareto.com) and Propietta (propietta.com). Each product is an independent service with its own terms and conditions and its own privacy policy, which exclusively govern its use. These Terms apply only to the Site and do not govern the use of those products; accessing them from the Site does not imply acceptance of these Terms with respect to those services, nor vice versa.

5. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not: use the Site for unlawful purposes; attempt to breach its security or that of third parties; mass-scrape or run unauthorized automated access; impersonate others; use the contact form to send spam, malware, or unlawful content; or interfere with the Site’s normal operation.

6. Contact form

By submitting the contact form you represent that the information provided is accurate and that you have the right to share it. The processing of that data is described in the Privacy Policy. Submitting the form creates no contractual relationship or obligation to respond, although we aim to answer every legitimate inquiry.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its code, design, trademarks, logos, and own content belong to iqonno or its licensors. These Terms transfer no ownership; they only grant a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right of use to browse the Site. Third-party trademarks mentioned belong to their respective owners.

The Site may contain links to third-party sites (including the products in section 4). We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices; you access them at your own risk.

9. Privacy and data protection

Personal data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor the permanent accuracy or currency of its informational content.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Site, nor for decisions made based on its informational content. The Site is free of charge and implies no contractual service relationship with the Visitor.

12. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the Site; the current version and date appear in the header. Using the Site after publication implies acceptance of the changes.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of the Operator’s domicile in Barranquilla, Colombia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules of the Visitor’s country.

14. General provisions

If any clause is held invalid, the rest remains in force. Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms are the entire agreement between the parties regarding use of the Site.
